Terms for using CleanerFlow Leads.

Who we are

CleanerFlow Leads is operated by CleanerFlow LLC, a California limited liability company based in San Diego, California. We run a website that introduces people who need their home cleaned to independent cleaning professionals working near them.

We introduce. We do not clean.

CleanerFlow is not a cleaning company and does not employ the cleaners you hear from. Every provider is an independent business.

The work, the price, the schedule and the payment are agreed directly between you and the provider you choose. We are not a party to that agreement. We do not set prices, supervise the work, hold your money, or guarantee any result. If a provider offers you a guarantee, that guarantee is theirs, not ours.

What “vetted” means here

We review every provider before they can respond to a request, so that the people who contact you are real local professionals and not strangers scraping the internet. We check the identity and the service area they declare, and we remove providers who breach our provider terms or collect repeated complaints.

We do not run criminal background checks, and we do not verify licences or insurance on your behalf. If the work you need requires a licence, bonding or insurance in your state, ask the provider for proof before the job starts.

Free for you

Requesting quotes costs you nothing. There is no account to buy and no fee taken from what you pay the cleaner. The business is paid by providers, who buy access to requests in their area. That is the whole model — if anyone claiming to be CleanerFlow asks you for money to receive quotes, it is not us.

Providers will contact you

When you submit a request, you are asking us to pass it to up to three providers near you, and you agree that those providers may contact you by phone, text message or email about that request. This is the point of the service: quotes arrive because someone calls or writes.

You can stop it at any time. Tell the provider directly, or contact us and we close the request. Once a request is closed we stop offering it, though a provider who already accepted it may still reach out once to confirm you are no longer looking.

Give us real information

Send the correct address, an honest description of the job and a phone number that reaches you. Providers pay for each request they accept, so a fake or careless request costs a small local business real money. We block accounts and phone numbers behind requests that turn out to be fake, repeated, or made to harass a provider.

Quotes and prices

Any estimate our calculators show is a general reference built from typical market prices, not an offer. The real price is what the provider quotes you after understanding your home, and it can be higher or lower. Nothing on this site is a binding quote from CleanerFlow.

If something goes wrong with a provider

Tell us. We log the complaint, we can suspend or remove the provider from the platform, and we use that record when deciding who keeps receiving requests. That is real and it is what we can do.

What we cannot do is settle a payment dispute, order a job to be redone, or compensate you for a provider’s work — we were not part of that agreement. If a crime happens, such as theft, threats or assault, contact the police. A report to us affects platform accounts only.

Using the site properly

Do not submit requests you do not intend to follow through on, do not copy or scrape the site or its content, do not attempt to reach providers’ personal data outside the flow we provide, and do not use the site to advertise anything. We may suspend access when any of this happens.

Our content

The text, design, calculators, guides and brand on this site belong to CleanerFlow LLC. You are welcome to read them, link to them and quote them with credit. You may not republish them as your own or use them to build a competing service.

Limits of our responsibility

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, that a provider will answer, or that you will receive a quote you like.

To the extent the law allows, CleanerFlow LLC is not liable for the acts, omissions or work of any provider, nor for indirect losses arising from using this site. Nothing here removes a right your state’s consumer-protection law gives you — where that law is stricter, it wins.

Changes to these terms

We update these terms as the service changes, and the date at the top always tells you when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the version published at that moment.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, except where a stricter consumer-protection law in the state where you live applies.
