How it works
Six steps from a homeowner's request to a job on your calendar — each one a hard rule, not a vague promise.
Someone in your service area requests cleaning — Airbnb turnover, deep clean, move-out, or recurring residential. Their consent is captured, their phone is verified via SMS code, and the request enters our inventory.
Source quality, freshness, ZIP match, completeness, and budget signal are scored. The score is a number you can read before you pay. Aged leads age into refund eligibility automatically — no human-in-the-loop arguing.
Shared leads are capped at 3 providers. Exclusive leads go to one. The homeowner does not get blasted by ten contractors; you do not compete with a firehose.
Identifying details (name, phone, address, exact lat/lng) stay masked until you accept. ZIP, city, score, freshness, and category are visible upfront. Skip what does not fit. Buy what does.
Once you accept, the homeowner's contact unmasks for you alone (if exclusive) or for the shared cohort (if shared). Every unmask is logged in our PII access trail.
If you also use CleanerFlow Pro, the lead links to its booked job. You see which categories and ZIPs actually pay back. No conversion tracking, no real ROI — most lead-gen platforms hide this on purpose.
Mental model
A Costco shelf is the lead board. A restaurant owner walking the aisle is the cleaning provider. The product is a verified, scored cleaning opportunity. Your kitchen is CleanerFlow Pro — where the opportunity becomes a quote, then a booked job.
That is the difference. Most lead-gen marketplaces sell access to a contact list. We sell access to a scored shelf with a refund policy and a hard cap on how many other buyers see the same row.
Pricing depends on service category, ZIP, lead score, freshness, and exclusivity. Apply and we send you the rate sheet for your service area.
