Our story
CleanerFlow Leads did not start in an office. It started with two people who spent decades with a rag in hand, in three countries, and who kept running into the same wall: nobody asks what you can do. They ask who referred you.
Two co-founders
Maria Luiza and Luciano Rezende are husband and wife, and both co-founders of CleanerFlow. One lived the cleaning, the other learned how to give it a voice.

More than 20 years cleaning homes. She went from employee to team leader, built her own cleaning company, became an Airbnb-turnover specialist, and today works as an independent professional. She is known for competence, honesty, speed and meticulous care — and her schedule is always full.

He cleaned for more than 10 years in Geneva, Switzerland, before specializing in marketing and online teaching. He watched, up close, how much his wife gave this work and how little the work gave back. So he decided to act.
From Minas Gerais to the world
They are Brazilians from Minas Gerais, married since 2006, parents of Laura and Lucas. Their path took the whole family across the world: Geneva, then Portugal, and today San Diego, California.
Every move was the same. Arrive knowing nobody. Need to work. And find out that nobody asks what you can do — they ask who referred you.
Living that three times is what made it click. Where you have no network, work does not come to you no matter how good you are. Somebody else is holding the door, and they charge to open it.
Why Leads exists
The way this market usually works, a homeowner fills in one form and their phone number is sold to everyone who will pay. You buy a contact knowing almost nothing, you call, and you find out you were the eleventh person to call today. The platform already got paid. You did not.
We built the opposite, and we wrote it down rather than promising it. Not because it is clever, but because we know what that call feels like from the other end.

For this family, faith and the people they love come first — which is exactly why they care so much about the people who do this work. We build for people who work hard and are rarely seen, and we try to treat everyone who walks in here the way we wish we had been treated when we arrived knowing nobody.
