Our guarantees

What we promise, in writing.

Every promise below is enforced in our terms or in the product itself — not left to our discretion. If we break one, hold us to it.

  1. Nobody contacted them? Card refund, per our records

Two days after the job date we ask the person who requested the cleaning one question: did anyone contact you? If they say nobody did, and our records don't show otherwise, we refund your card (price and tax) without you having to ask. If they never answer, report the lead as unreachable and you get a lead credit, within the limit in our provider terms.

  2. 14 days to report a bad lead

You have 14 days from purchase to report a lead in the app. A wrong phone, email or address, a request outside your area, or a duplicate gives you a lead credit right away, for up to 3 reports every 30 days; after that, we review each one. A service you don't offer, a request that looks fake, or a person who says they never asked is reviewed by our team, and if we approve it, you get back what you paid.

  3. Three cleaners. It's in the contract.

Every lead is capped at three buyers, the cap is written into our provider terms, and the number is recorded in the homeowner's consent at intake. It holds arithmetically — we tested it.

  4. You see the score before you spend

Freshness, completeness, ZIP match and budget signal, all visible before you buy. Pay first and find out later is not a model we run.

  5. Turning leads off means off

One switch stops lead flow completely — not a pause that quietly resumes. A separate switch silences email without stopping leads. There's also a monthly spend cap you set yourself.

  6. Your reviews are yours

The reputation you build here stays attached to you, and we never use it as leverage. If you leave, you can ask for a copy of your data, reviews included, through our data request page.

  7. If we suspend you, we tell you why

With the reason and a way to reply. If something is wrong with a lead, report it in the app first. A chargeback pauses new purchases on your account while we review it, as our provider terms explain.

These are commitments, not marketing. Where a promise touches money or your account, it lives in the provider terms — the enforceable version.
