Four rules we don't break.
Cap, not auction.
Every lead is sold to at most 3 buyers. Closing a job from a list of 3 is fundamentally different from competing against 30. That's the entire business.
Refund the bad ones.
If a lead ages past its window without a real reply, you get a refund. We make money on leads cleaners actually want — not on stale lists you can't reach.
Score before sale.
Every lead is scored on freshness, completeness, ZIP match, budget signal, and anti-fraud checks. You see the score before spending a credit.
Cleaning verticals only.
We don't sell handyman, landscaping, or HVAC leads. Narrow surface = sharper signal. Bigger marketplaces optimize for volume; we optimize for fit.
