Terms for cleaning providers.

Lead distribution

Leads are offered to verified cleaning providers in two modalities: shared (up to three providers per lead) and exclusive (one provider per lead). We never offer the same lead to more than three providers. Lead pricing depends on service category, ZIP, lead score, freshness, and exclusivity.

PII access and conduct

Consumer phone, email, and full address remain masked until you accept a lead. Once accepted, you may use this information solely to contact the consumer about the cleaning service they requested. You may not use consumer contact information to market unrelated services, sell to other parties, or contact the consumer for any other purpose. Every PII access is logged.

Refund eligibility

We refund leads under specific, mechanical rules: duplicate leads, leads with bad phone or email, leads outside your declared service area, leads where the consumer cannot be reached within the documented attempt window, and leads where the consumer has cancelled before any provider contact. Refund requests for these reasons are processed automatically.

We do not refund leads because a consumer chose another provider, asked for a price you cannot meet, or did not respond on a schedule different from your own. The marketplace works because providers compete on responsiveness and quality, not on no-risk acquisition.

Consumer protection

You agree to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the consumer privacy laws of every state where you operate. You will respect any opt-out request immediately. You will not contact a consumer using channels other than those the consumer agreed to. CleanerFlow Leads logs every consumer consent record and every opt-out event for compliance audit.

Suspension and termination

We suspend providers who breach these terms, who receive repeated consumer complaints, who fall below our quality threshold, or who violate state-level licensing or insurance requirements. We notify you with the reason and a window to respond. Suspensions can be reversed; termination is final.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where CleanerFlow Leads is incorporated, except where a stricter consumer protection law in the state where you operate applies.
