It depends on service category, ZIP, freshness, and exclusivity. Standard residential leads typically run $24–$45 in the markets we cover. Apply and we send the full rate sheet for your service area within one business day.
Every consumer request runs through phone verification (Telnyx), email confirmation, IP/device anti-fraud checks, and ZIP match. The combined signal becomes the quality score you see before purchase. A higher score means the homeowner is more reachable and the request more complete — so you can spend on the leads most likely to turn into a booked job.
You have a 5-day dispute window from purchase. Open the lead, click Dispute, give reason + any contact attempts. Real disputes are approved within 1 business day and the credit goes back to your balance.
No. Pay per lead as they appear. Priority (optional, $49/mo) gives you a first-look window before the lead opens to other buyers — useful in high-competition ZIPs. Cancel anytime in the Customer Portal.
Apply with your business, service ZIPs, and capacity. We review within 1 business day. Approval considers service-area coverage, declared insurance/license, and category fit. We don't auto-reject — most apply paths get approved with the right fit.

No. Cleaner contact info is used for routing only. Consumer PII is only revealed after purchase, capped at 3 buyers per lead, and tagged so leakage would be traceable. See our Privacy notice for the full policy.
