Free to start. You pay only for the lead you pick.
The app, your account and Helpers cost nothing. When buying opens, you see each lead's exact price and quality score before you spend a cent, and if the person says nobody contacted them and our records confirm it, the amount goes back to your card.

Price questions, straight answers
It depends on the type of cleaning, the lead's quality score, and whether it's shared or exclusive. Shared leads (one-time cleanings, up to 3 cleaners) cost $20.09 to $49.23; exclusive leads (recurring cleanings, or a request where the person picked one cleaner) cost $49.75 to $122.61. A lead nobody has bought costs 25% less after 24 hours and 50% less after 48. Apply and, once approved, you see the price of every request in your service area.
No. You pay per lead, only when you want one — no monthly fee, no contract.
You have 14 days from purchase to report it. Open the lead in the app and choose the reason. A wrong number or address, a request outside your area, or a duplicate becomes a lead credit right away. A request that looks fake is reviewed by our team, and if we approve it, we refund what you paid. If you simply couldn't reach the person, you can report it after 72 hours, and we ask them whether anyone got through.
Three things we do: we publish our cap (3 buyers per lead), you see the quality score — freshness, completeness, ZIP match, budget signal — before spending a credit, and you have 14 days to report a bad lead. We also only do cleaning, so the form asks what a cleaner actually needs to quote.
Every request runs through phone verification, email confirmation, IP/device anti-fraud checks, and ZIP match. The combined signal becomes the quality score you see before purchase. A higher score means the homeowner is more reachable and the request more complete — so you can spend on the leads most likely to turn into a booked job.
