CleanerFlow Helpers — Privacy Notice
Version 6 · Last updated 2026-10-10.
1. What we collect
Account data (email, display name), a phone number verified by SMS, the profile information you choose to publish on your card (photo, bio, years of experience, specialties, whether you have a car, city, ZIP codes you cover, languages, availability), your activity on the platform (searches, profile views, WhatsApp reveals, requests, work confirmations, check-ins, reports), and your notification preferences.
When you post a helper request, we keep what you write in it: the pay, any gas allowance, whether there are pets in the home, the meeting point and your notes.
To show the certificate badge on your card, we check your email with CleanerFlow Academy, another CleanerFlow LLC product.
If you use Coverage (asking another member to cover your clients while you are away, or covering for someone), we keep what you enter in the request or agreement: dates, ZIP area, the number of homes and clients, weekly hours, the estimated monthly amount, and your notes about the scope and the payment you agreed on between you. We also keep who proposed, accepted, returned or reported each coverage, and count completed and broken coverages per member. We never store the names or contact details of your clients.
2. What is public — and what never is
Public when you publish your card: display name, city, ZIP areas, languages, availability, and a trust badge built only from positive signals: a valid Academy certificate, how many people you had a confirmed job with, how many would work with you again (shown from 3), and whether you always showed up.
Never public: your phone number (only shared through the reveal flow below), who viewed your profile (others see counts only), reports (confidential to our team), and any negative signal from check-ins.
A coverage request, with the details you entered (dates, area, number of homes and clients, weekly hours, estimated monthly amount and notes), is shown to signed-in members in the area it covers. Your phone number is not shown: your WhatsApp is shared only after you approve who will cover. The counts of completed and broken coverages are not public: we use them to review reports.
3. How WhatsApp reveals work
Your number is shown only to a signed-in, phone-verified member who explicitly asks to reveal it, subject to daily limits. You can see the name of every member who revealed your number, and you can turn WhatsApp visibility off at any time in Settings.
Reveals are two-way and identified: when you reveal another member's WhatsApp, that member sees your name, photo, and that you reached out, and the reveal is recorded. If you want to stop contact, you can block a member from your activity list — blocking hides you both from each other in search and prevents either of you from revealing the other's WhatsApp. You can undo a block at any time.
4. Email notifications
We send short alert emails (contact reveals, new requests in your areas, new helpers in your area, work confirmations). Each type can be turned off in Settings, and you can choose the email language.
5. How we use data
To operate the platform: matching by ZIP, enforcing reveal limits, showing trust signals, moderating reports, preventing fraud and abuse, and sending the notifications you keep enabled. We do not sell your personal information.
We use the contact history between two members (WhatsApp reveals, agreed work, coverage) to review reports and to decide whether a precautionary pause applies.
6. Service providers
We use infrastructure providers to run the platform (hosting, database, email delivery, SMS verification). They process data only to provide their service to us.
7. Retention
Account data is kept while your account exists. Reports, check-ins, and records of no-shows or unpaid work are kept for 3 years after the last record about that matter, then deleted. If you delete your account, your login and name are deleted; reports stay without identifying you until the end of that period.
Coverage requests and agreements are kept while your account exists. A coverage reported as broken is kept like a report: 3 years after the last record about it.
8. Your rights (California)
You may request access to or deletion of your personal information (contact below). To protect the people involved, reports about you do not include the reporter's identity.
9. Age
The platform is for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes and contact
CleanerFlow Helpers is operated by CleanerFlow LLC (San Diego, California), the controller of your personal information. Material changes will be published with a new version and re-acceptance. Contact: support@cleanerflowleads.com.
