How to delete your CleanerFlow Leads account

Open the app → Profile tab → Delete my account → confirm. We email you a link to confirm the request. If your account has no email address, the request takes effect right there in the app.

Write to privacy@cleanerflowleads.com from your account's email address, or make the request at cleanerflowleads.com/privacy/data-request. We confirm by email before deleting anything.

You have 30 days to change your mind: just sign in to the app and cancel. After that, we delete your login, email, phone number, photo, ZIP codes and your Helpers card, and your name is replaced with "Deleted user". We also take you off our news and offers emails. The record of your Helpers activity is deleted within 1 year.

Payment records (amount, date and transaction reference), for seven years from the date of payment, without your name.
